Together we explore your prakriti (your nature) and your current vikriti (your imbalance), and shape a path of food, daily practice and seasonal living that brings you home to yourself. This work supports digestion, sleep, energy and emotional steadiness — and beneath all of these, a quiet sense of being well in your own life.
