Yogic Counselling — or Vedic Counselling — is a holistic model focused on transformation and Self-Realisation. When the Self is honoured and personal difficulties are examined with an aware mind and open heart, ego-based problems lose their emotional weight and a Dharmic path becomes clear.

The approach is holistic, trauma-informed and relational. Evidence based counselling and psychotherapy techniques are combined with Eastern philosophies and somatic therapies to support a broad range of symptoms and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness.

Integration is supported with home practices designed to help translate therapeutic insights into daily life. Every session is unique and reflects each client's current process and holistic landscape.

Therapeutic approach

Vedic Counselling

Vedic counselling acknowledges that ultimately we are souls — a part of Spirit. Suffering arises from disconnection from our true essence. With the foundations of Vedic philosophy we move beyond the burden of the ego and develop the wisdom of Spirit.

We also bring focus to personal Dharma. When we align with our Dharma and work toward Self-realisation we access the contentment and joy we are seeking — often in error — through transient world experiences.

Ritual & Ceremony

Reconnecting to the elements, to Spirit and to our Self is a grounding and expansive foundation for healing. Rituals develop awareness, connect us with our resources and make life sacred.

Blended with the therapeutic process, ritual has the power to release, manifest and integrate the energies of our life according to our intention.

Gestalt Psychotherapy

Gestalt therapy is a relational approach that honours self-awareness and self-acceptance as the cornerstones of personal growth. Sessions are a collaborative experience where beliefs, patterns and experiences inhibiting authentic expression are gently explored — opening new ways of seeing the world.

HeartMath

HeartMath enhances emotional well-being and resilience by leveraging the connection between the heart and brain. The practice supports a state of "coherence" — where heart, brain and nervous system work harmoniously — linked with the felt states of love, appreciation and compassion.

Family Constellations

Family Constellations uncovers hidden dynamics and unresolved issues within our personal systems — family, workplace, and community. By acknowledging these patterns of belonging and loyalty, individuals work through conflicts and traumas toward resolution, healthier relationships and a deeper sense of peace.

Nature Therapy & Animal Communication

We have an innate connection to nature. Immersing ourselves consciously in natural settings reduces stress and fosters belonging. Animals, too, hold a nurturing and insightful role when we open ourselves to the wisdom of the natural world.
